SHIPPING
Free Priority Mail return shipping for CD, DVD and USB drives is included within the 48 states. All levels of FedEx services are available at approximate cost, with no handling charge. Customer hard drives also may also qualify for free return ground service via FedEx.
MINIMUM ORDER charge is $50.
MEDIA
You may send your work on a hard drive, USB drive, or data CDs/DVDs. Your original media is always returned to you. FTP transfers and file sending services are also accepted.
PAYMENT METHOD and terms.
We accept checks, PayPal and all major credit cards. An estimated deposit payment may be required when we begin work a job. Established clients are charged upon "shipping".
TURN AROUND
In house times are as follows: Editing only - 2 to 3 business days. Image Processing - 3 to 5 business days. Editing, processing and creative imaging combined - 5 to 8 business days depending on requested work. Album design - 3 to 5 days, depending on job size. Turn around times also vary by season, including wedding season and holiday season.
INSURANCE and LIABILITY
No insurance is included. Never send your only copy of you files. We assume that you maintain multiple back ups of your images. You assume all risk for loss of data. If you would like additional insurance on the return shipment to protect your hard drive(s), please specify the value.
We keep one back-up copy of your original files and the output files temporarily. We will resend you a duplicate copy of the job in the event of damage or loss during return shipping. We reserve the right to erase or discard our copy of your images after 15 days. We are not liable for images stolen and used by unauthorized parties without your permission. All images on this web site are used with written permission of the copyright owners.
PRIVACY Policy
All of your personal data, including e-mail address, contact and payment information, as well as your images, will never be shared with anyone else. We do not maintain any client information on web servers.
