SHIPPING
Free Priority Mail return shipping is included within the 48 states. 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and international air service by UPS or FedEx is available at cost, with no handling charge. Customer hard drives also qualify for free return ground service via FedEx or UPS.
MINIMUM ORDER charge is $50.
MEDIA
You may send your work on a hard drive, or we accept data CDs or DVDs. Either way, your original media is returned to you. FTP transfers will be available soon.
PAYMENT METHOD and terms.
We accept checks, PayPal and all major credit cards. Payment in full may be required for new clients when we begin work on your job. Established clients are charged upon shipping.
TURN AROUND
In house times are as follows: Editing only - 2 to 3 business days. Editing plus Image Processing - 3 to 5 business days. Editing, processing and creative imaging - 5 to 8 business days depending on your requested work. Album design - 1 to 3 weeks, based on job size.
INSURANCE and LIABILITY
No insurance is included. We assume that you maintain multiple back ups of your images. You assume all risk for loss of data. If you would like additional insurance on the return shipment to protect your hard drive(s), please give us the value.
We keep one back-up copy of your original files and the output files temporarily. We will send you a duplicate copy of the job in the event of damage or loss during shipping back to you. We reserve the right to erase or discard our back ups of your images after 30 days. We are not liable for images lost in shipping or stolen and used by unauthorized parties without permission.
PRIVACY Policy
All of your personal data, including e-mail address, contact and payment information, as well as your images will never be shared with anyone.
